The gourmet chips are made from Okinawan sweet potatoes and taro grown on the Big Island and Oahu’s North Shore along with golden sweet potatoes from Molokai. The company is also known for its line of BBQ and hot sauces. Jimmy Chan started the business out of his apartment 18 years ago by making sweet potato chips on a table top fryer. Now, the company is distributed statewide.
