Hawaiian Chip Co. is adding a new snack to its product list with the recent acquisition of the Menehune Mac brand from Hawaiian Candies and Nuts Ltd.
Hawaiian Chip Co. acquired the rights to the brand earlier this month. CEO Jimmy Chan said in a statement provided to PBN that he cannot disclose details of the brand acquisition, other than to say it was a fair deal for both parties. The purchase closed on Oct. 1.
